Welcome to another episode of Nightcap With Nightcat, the kitsch-minded show where we talk about toys, boys, and life's other joys.
On Tonight's Episode: We kick things off by talking about how hard it is to be 30 years old. Nightcat slept on his neck weird and now he can't move. Thanks, 30!
2:00 - THE LITTERBOX (stupid news stories):
2:21 - A growing list of celebrities who openly admit to not bathing regularly includes Kristen Bell, Dax Shepherd, Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, and Jake Gyllenhaal. The Rock is on the opposite end of this argument, taking 3 showers/day.
5:59 - A huge amount of world records have been broken in the last couple of weeks.
6:18 - An Idaho YouTuber named David Rush cut over 80 kiwis in under a minute with a sword - Fruit Ninja Style!
6:53 - A Canadian woman set a world record by running the 100M dash in under 23 seconds... on all fours. She's a self-proclaimed horse girl who got really good at running on her hands and feet.
7:53 - A sealed 1985 copy of Super Mario Bros. for the NES (Nintendo Entertainment System) sold for $2 Million, making it the most expensive video game ever purchased. *
8:48 - The city of Kyle, Tx is attempting a world record this Labor Day weekend by hosting the largest-ever gathering of people named Kyle.
9:33 And since we talked about stinky celebrities, here's the world record for longest streak without bathing: Amou Haji from Iran has not showered for nearly 70 years. He lives in the wilderness and believes that being clean will make him sick.
11:03 - SUNKEN TREASURE (toy unboxings/reviews): Nightcat swore he was done collecting new things. We were going to draw a line at Harry Potter toys and banned toys... but look at these! This is a brand called "World's Smallest" and they make all sorts of working, miniature replicas of classic toys.
15:07 - NIGHTCAT CLASSIC TALES: Nightcat talks about the time he was answering a booty call, but ended up watching the 90's cult classic 'Tremors' starring Kevin Bacon and Reba McEntire.
22:04 - CATSPIRACY CORNER: We talk about how the Disney company covered up Walt's preserved body by creating a whole movie franchise called "Frozen."
